Peppermint

To further boost the Shape Former tea blend’s energetic and refreshing effect, we added some peppermint in the blend as well! Not just for the taste, but because peppermint also helps digestion, gastric acid secretion, and it has an overall stomach strangthening effect. Guarana

A Guarana egy brazíliai kúszónövény az Amazon völgyéből. Érett gyümölcse megközelítőleg a kávészemek méretének felel meg. Gazdag alkaloidákban, és katechinekben, koffeintartalma pedig 2 és 5 % között változik, ami jóval magasabb, mint a kávéé. Ezek miatt kiemelten jó zsírégető tulajdonságai vannak, így mindenképp helyet kapott az Alakformáló tea összetevői között. A guarana termését szüret után porrá őrlik, és többek között gyógyászati célokra is szokták használni.

Gyömbér

A Gyömbér egy igazán hasznos növénye az emberiségnek! Közismert fertőtlenítő hatása mellett számos más jótékony hatása is van, többek között segít felvenni a harcot az elhízással, a cukorbetegséggel, illetve a keringési rendszer betegségeivel. Hibiszkusz

A Hibiszkusz finom íze mellett tele van antioxidánsokkal, melyek fontosak a szervezetünk számára. Csökkenti az alfa-amiláz enzim termelődését, így a szénhidrátok kevésbé épülnek be a testünkbe. Ezen kívül koleszterin és vérnyomáscsökkentő hatással is bír.

Fahéj

Zöld tea

A Zöld tea a Camellia sinensis növény csak minimálisan fermentált leveleiből áll. Ezt a teát már évezredek óta isszák, sok esetben fogyás céljából is! Megtalálható benne a katechin nevű vegyület, ami egy igazi zsírbontó, sőt, még az új zsírsejtek képződését is megnehezíti! A szervezetünk a felbontott zsírokból energiát termel. Oolong tea

Tudományos kutatások is igazolták, hogy az Oolong tea valóban segítheti a zsírégetést. Az Oolong tea magas antioxidáns és flavionid tartalma miatt testünkbe kevesebb zsír épül be, és több zsír oxidálódik, ezért eredményes zsírégető. Kínában már évezredek óta hagyományosan használják fogyókúrák során. Fokozhatja a szellemi teljesítményt: Éberebbek leszünk tőle, és jobban tudunk koncentrálni is. Egy kutatás szerint a tea fogyasztása hosszabb távon felnőttek esetében javíthatja a kognitív funkciókat. Az ital a hosszútávú memória fejlesztésében is hatékony, mivel olyan anyagokat tartalmaz, melyek védik az idegeket, illetve az idegpályákat. Az Oolong tea rendszeres fogyasztása védi a szívet, és gátolja a keringési rendellenességek kialakulását is.

Matcha tea

A Matcha tea egy speciális eljárással készült és feldolgozott ’szuper’ zöld tea, amely a Camelia sinensis növényből származik. A tealevelek leszedése előtt 20 nappal letakarják a teabokrot, hogy azt ne érje közvetlen napsütés. Az árnyékos környezetnek köszönhetően a tealevelek magasabb klorofilkoncentrációra tesznek szert, mivel napfény híján a levelek nem nőnek, de klorofill tartalom igen. Ezzel pedig növelik a levelek L-theanin és aminosav tartalmát. A leveleket szüret után nagyon finom porrá őrlik, hogy a lehető legjobban ki tudjuk áztatni belőle az összes jótékony hatóanyagot.

Megtalálható benne a katechin nevű vegyület, ami egy igazi zsírbontó, sőt, még az új zsírsejtek képződését is megnehezíti! A szervezetünk a felbontott zsírokból energiát termel, illetve a tealevelekben koffein is található, így a fogyasztás mellett élénkítő hatású! Igen magas az antioxidáns tartalma, agyműködést serkentő hatása van, csökkenti a rák kialakulásának kockázatát, és a szívműködést is segíti. A Matcha tea sokkal hatékonyabb, mint egy átlagos filteres zöld tea, mivel a leveleiben a jótékony összetevők sokkal nagyobb arányban vannak jelen. A kávéval ellentétben a tea energiája fokozatosan szabadul fel 4-6 óra alatt. A Japánok csak különleges alkalmak esetén fogyasztják, ahol a helyi hagyományok szerint az italt egy speciális keverő segítségével felhabosítva szolgálják fel. Az átlagos zöld teával ellentétben a matchát elkészítése során nem szűrik le, hiszen így sokkal több esszenciális anyag jut a szervezetünkbe. A matcha előállítása eléggé összetett folyamat, a termése pedig arányaiban kevés. Az eredeti japán matcha nem tömegtermék és viszonylag drága. A magas fokozatú matcha tea színe élénkzöld, enyhén kékes, különösen finomra őrölt és az illata is csodás.

 Az Alakformáló Teát matcha tartalma miatt szintén keverve ajánljuk fogyasztani, hogy minél több jótékony anyag kioldódjon az alapanyagokból. Mivel nagyon finom por állagú, a teás csészénk alján összegyűlhet. Ez a port nyugodtan megihatjuk, mivel az maga a matcha!

Mate tea

A Mate tea a Dél-Amerikában őshonos Yerba Mate fa szárított leveleiből és száracskáiból áll. Rengeteg antioxidánst tartalmaz, segíti a zsírsejtek lebontását, és segíti az emésztést is! A mate tea fogyasztása során szervezetünk több zsírt és szénhidrátot dolgoz fel energiává, így ennek, és a természetes koffeintartalmának hála a fogyasztó hatás mellett igen jó élénkítő hatással bír és egyben nagymértékű méregtelenítő is.

Cayenne bors

A Cayenne borsban található kapszaicin enyhíti az éhségérzetet és fokozza az anyagcserét, így nemcsak kevesebb kalóriát viszünk be a szervezetünkbe, de több energiát égetünk is el. Stabilizálja az emésztést, ezzel megszünteti a felszívódási problémákból adódó túlzott étvágyat.

Orange peel

Orange peel is a really great addition to the tea blend. It has a nice citrus flavor, while having some beneficial effects. It strengthens the stomach, and it is good for intestinal pains as well. It boosts gastric acid secretion, reduces stomach cramps. Orange peel also has a nerve soothing and blood cleaning effect.

Oolong tea

Scientific research proves, that Oolong tea may actually help us burning fat. The Oolong tea is high in antioxidants, which is why less fat is built into our body, and also more fat is oxidized, making the tea an effective fat burner. In Chine, people have been using it for losing weight for several thousands of years. It can also increase our intellectual performance: It makes us more energetic, and helps us concentrate. Research suggests that the tea helps adults’ cognitive functions if consumed on the long term. Its’ beverage may help us strengthen our long term memory as well, since it has nerve protecting substances. Also, drinking Oolong tea on the long term, can protect the heart, and inhibits the formation of any circulatory disorders.

Matcha tea

The Matcha tea is basically a ’super’ green tea, made through a special process, from the Camelia sinensis plant. Before they harvest the tea leaves, farmers cover the plants, so that they won’t be in direct sunlight. Due to the shadowy environment, tea leaves will have a much higher clorofill concentration, since leaves won’t grow due to the lack of sunlight, but the clorofill levels will. This way, the amino-acid and the L-theanin content of the leaves is increased. After the harvest, the leaves are ground into really fine powder, so that we can soak out all its’ beneficial substances.

The tea leaves naturally contain the substance called ’catechin’, which is a great fat burner. It even inhibits the development of new fat cells in our body! From the broken down fats, our body produces energy. The tea leaves also contain a decent percentage of caffeine as well, so consuming the tea has an energetic effect on us as well. Due to its’ fairly large antioxidant content, it boosts brain activity, lessens the chance of developing cancer, and also helps heart functions. The Matcha tea is more effective than a standard filtered green tea, since its’ leaves contain much higher rates of beneficial substances. Unlike coffee, the energy of the tea is gradually released within 4-6 hours. Japanese people consume the tea on special occassions, where, according to their customs, they serve it using a special mixer tool to make the tea foamy. Unlike the average green tea, they don’t filter it during preparation, because we can get a lot more essential substances in our body this way. Farming Matcha tea is a complex process, and the yield is fairly low. The original japenese Matcha is not a mass product, and relatively expensive. Good Matcha tea is bright green, a little bit blueish, and ground to a really fine powder. It also has a wonderful smell.

We advise consuming the Sape Former tea blend mixed until it foams a little, due to the tea’s Matcha content, so the tea would contain more beneficial substances. Since Matcha is a really fine powder, it can accumulate on the bottom of our teacup. We can drink this powder of course, since that powder is the Matcha itself!

Mate tea

The Mate tea is made from the leaves of the Yerba Mate tree’s dried leaves and little stems, which is native to South-America. It is abundant in antioxidants, helps our body break down fat cells, and also helps our digestive system! Consuming Mate tea helps us break down more fat and carbohydrates to energy, and also it has a natural caffeine content, making the tea a really good energy booster besides the weight reducing effect. The tea is also really good for detoxication.

Green tea

The Green tea is composed of the minially fermented leaves of the Camelia sinensis plant. People have been drinking Green tea for thousands of years, some times for the purpose of losing weight! It has the substance called ’catechin’, which is a really great fat burner. It also inhibits the development of new fat cells! The body produces energy from broken down fats. The tea leaves also have a natural caffeine content, so consuming the tea has an energetic effect on us.

Guarana

Guarana is a plant native to Amazon, mainly Brazil. Its’ ripened fruit is approximately the size of a coffee bean. It is rich in alkaloids and catechins. Its’ caffeine content is around 2-5%, which is far higher than the caffeine content of coffee. This is why Guarana has particularly good fat burner capabilities, so it was an obvious choice to include it as an ingredient in the Shape Former tea blend. After the harvest, the fruit of the plant is ground to powder, and it is usually used for medical purposes.

Ginger

Ginger is a really useful plant for humanity! Besides its’ widely known sanitizing effect, it has a lot more beneficial effects. For example, it can help us fight obesity, diabetes, and illnesses of the circulatory system. We put ginger in the Shape Former tea blend in order to make us feel saturated longer after a meal. Also, its’ natural gingerol and shoagol content can help us in digestion, and can stabilize our blood sugar levels. Ginger helps us prevent the conditions of the heart and the circulatory system caused by obesity. Research also suggests that it has a role in fat burning, digestion of carbohydrates, and the regulation of the release of insulin. It also prevents harmful fat depositions in arteries.

Cayenne pepper

The substance called ’capsaicin’, found in Cayenne pepper helps us feel less hungry, and also boosts metabolism. This way, we have less calory intake, and we burn more energy at the same time! Hibiscus

Borsmenta

A teánk élénkítő hatását megdobtuk egy kis frissítő Borsmenta ízzel is! De nem csak az íz miatt, hanem mert a borsmenta segíti az emésztést és a gyomornedv elválasztást, illetve általános gyomor erőstő hatása is van.
