Matcha tea

The Matcha tea is basically a ’super’ green tea, made through a special process, from the Camelia sinensis plant. Before they harvest the tea leaves, farmers cover the plants, so that they won’t be in direct sunlight. Due to the shadowy environment, tea leaves will have a much higher clorofill concentration, since leaves won’t grow due to the lack of sunlight, but the clorofill levels will. This way, the amino-acid and the L-theanin content of the leaves is increased. After the harvest, the leaves are ground into really fine powder, so that we can soak out all its’ beneficial substances.

The tea leaves naturally contain the substance called ’catechin’, which is a great fat burner. It even inhibits the development of new fat cells in our body! From the broken down fats, our body produces energy. The tea leaves also contain a decent percentage of caffeine as well, so consuming the tea has an energetic effect on us as well. Due to its’ fairly large antioxidant content, it boosts brain activity, lessens the chance of developing cancer, and also helps heart functions. The Matcha tea is more effective than a standard filtered green tea, since its’ leaves contain much higher rates of beneficial substances. Unlike coffee, the energy of the tea is gradually released within 4-6 hours. Japanese people consume the tea on special occassions, where, according to their customs, they serve it using a special mixer tool to make the tea foamy. Unlike the average green tea, they don’t filter it during preparation, because we can get a lot more essential substances in our body this way. Farming Matcha tea is a complex process, and the yield is fairly low. The original japenese Matcha is not a mass product, and relatively expensive. Good Matcha tea is bright green, a little bit blueish, and ground to a really fine powder. It also has a wonderful smell.

We advise consuming the Sape Former tea blend mixed until it foams a little, due to the tea’s Matcha content, so the tea would contain more beneficial substances. Since Matcha is a really fine powder, it can accumulate on the bottom of our teacup. We can drink this powder of course, since that powder is the Matcha itself!

Matcha tea

A Matcha tea egy speciális eljárással készült és feldolgozott ’szuper’ zöld tea, amely a Camelia sinensis növényből származik. A tealevelek leszedése előtt 20 nappal letakarják a teabokrot, hogy azt ne érje közvetlen napsütés. Az árnyékos környezetnek köszönhetően a tealevelek magasabb klorofilkoncentrációra tesznek szert, mivel napfény híján a levelek nem nőnek, de klorofill tartalom igen. Ezzel pedig növelik a levelek L-theanin és aminosav tartalmát. A leveleket szüret után nagyon finom porrá őrlik, hogy a lehető legjobban ki tudjuk áztatni belőle az összes jótékony hatóanyagot.

Megtalálható benne a katechin nevű vegyület, ami egy igazi zsírbontó, sőt, még az új zsírsejtek képződését is megnehezíti! A szervezetünk a felbontott zsírokból energiát termel, illetve a tealevelekben koffein is található, így a fogyasztás mellett élénkítő hatású! Igen magas az antioxidáns tartalma, agyműködést serkentő hatása van, csökkenti a rák kialakulásának kockázatát, és a szívműködést is segíti. A Matcha tea sokkal hatékonyabb, mint egy átlagos filteres zöld tea, mivel a leveleiben a jótékony összetevők sokkal nagyobb arányban vannak jelen. A kávéval ellentétben a tea energiája fokozatosan szabadul fel 4-6 óra alatt. A Japánok csak különleges alkalmak esetén fogyasztják, ahol a helyi hagyományok szerint az italt egy speciális keverő segítségével felhabosítva szolgálják fel. Az átlagos zöld teával ellentétben a matchát elkészítése során nem szűrik le, hiszen így sokkal több esszenciális anyag jut a szervezetünkbe. A matcha előállítása eléggé összetett folyamat, a termése pedig arányaiban kevés. Az eredeti japán matcha nem tömegtermék és viszonylag drága. A magas fokozatú matcha tea színe élénkzöld, enyhén kékes, különösen finomra őrölt és az illata is csodás.

Az Alakformáló Teát matcha tartalma miatt szintén keverve ajánljuk fogyasztani, hogy minél több jótékony anyag kioldódjon az alapanyagokból. Mivel nagyon finom por állagú, a teás csészénk alján összegyűlhet. Ez a port nyugodtan megihatjuk, mivel az maga a matcha!
